ALMOND GELATINE WITH LYCHEE AND GRASS JELLY

Ingredients Direction
1 envelope almond gelatin
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
1 can lychees, drained and sliced
1 can grass jelly, cut into small cubes
1 can condensed milk

1. Cook almond gelatin according to packaging directions. Add cream and use lychee syrup as sweetener.

2. In a gelatin mould, put slices of lychees and grass jelly  at the bottom.

3. Pour cooked almond gelatin into moulds and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

4. Transfer in a serving plate and pour condensed milk on top
