CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS AND PEAS

Ingredients Direction
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, diced
1 kilo chicken, thigh and breast parts cut into serving pieces
2 pieces tomatoes, diced
1 pouch tomato paste (70 grams)
1 1/2 cup water
2 cans green peas, drained (155 grams)
1 can whole mushroom, drained (284 grams)
2 tablespoons red pimento, sliced
2 tablespoons liver spread (optional)
small amount salt and pepper (to taste)

1.Saute the garlic and onion in canola oil until fragrant. 

2.Add the chicken pieces. Pan fry until both sides are brown. 

3.Add tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Stir and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4.Add green peas and whole mushrooms, red pimentos and liver spread. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.

5.Add salt and pepper to taste.

6.Serve. Share and enjoy!
