1. Marinate beef in ginger, oyster sauce and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes. 2. Heat palm oil in a pan. Sauté onion and marinated beef. Cook until meat turns brown. 3. Add carrots, bamboo shoots, and straw mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens. 4. Transfer to a platter and top with spring onions before serving. |
