CHICKEN AND YOUNG CORN STIR FRY

Ingredients Direction
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons ginger, grated or minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped green onions
900 grams boneless chicken breast, sliced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 piece carrots, sliced
1 1/2 cups sitsaro
1 can young corn, drained (425 grams)
small amount salt and pepper to (taste)

1.Heat canola oil in a wok. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and green onions until fragrant.

2.Add the chicken pieces. Stir-fry until it turns brown. 

3.Put oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth into the pan. Stir and let it simmer. 

4.Add vegetables and young corn cuts. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

5.Serve with white rice. Share and enjoy!
