1.Heat canola oil in a wok. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and green onions until fragrant. 2.Add the chicken pieces. Stir-fry until it turns brown. 3.Put oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth into the pan. Stir and let it simmer. 4.Add vegetables and young corn cuts. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 5.Serve with white rice. Share and enjoy! |
