CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS IN OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients Direction
small amount salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
500 grams chicken breast fillet
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 can whole mushrooms, quartered (198 grams)
1 can shiitake mushrooms, drained and sliced (198 grams)
1 can straw mushrooms, drained and sliced (425 grams)

1. Mix salt, pepper and flour in a bowl. Dredge the chicken breast fillet with flour mix. 

2. Heat canola oil in a pan. Pan-Fry the pork pieces until coating turns light brown.

3. Remove excess oil. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and straw mushrooms. Stir and then cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes (add water as necessary).

4. Add salt and pepper. Stir, and then cook for 5 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.

5. Transfer to a serving plate.

6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
