PORK ADOBO WITH MUSHROOM

Ingredients Direction
500 grams beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 pc calamansi
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 pc medium white onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 can whole mushrooms, quartered (400 grams)

1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi, salt and pepper, 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Heat canola oil in a pan then sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms. Set it aside

3. Saute the beef in the same pan, add marinade. Let it simmer until beef is cooked.

4. Add back the sauteed onion, garlic and mushrooms. 

5. Transfer in a serving dish.
