For Butter Cookie Crust (First 5 ingredients): 1. Mix all ingredients by hand. 2. Spread on an ungreased baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 3. Remove from oven. While hot, scrape cookies off the baking tray. Crumb the butter cookie crust and place in individual serving cups or glass. For Bavarian (Next 4 ingredients): 1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat. 2. Slowly pour into crust and let it stand for 5 minutes. Spread fruits evenly. Grate cheese on top of fruits. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining butter crunch on top. Chill and serve. |
