1. Marinate beef sukiyaki in worcestershire sauce, coconut cream, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper for at least half an hour. 2. Heat palm oil in a wok and then sauté garlic. 3. Add beef sukiyaki. Stir fry until the beef turns brown. 4. Add the marinade, basil, coriander and whole mushrooms. Continue cooking until sauce has been reduced. Serve hot over rice. |
