Ingredients Direction
500 grams fettuccine, cooked
2 tablespoon butter
150 grams bacon
1 piece white onion, chopped
1 can whole mushrooms, sliced
375 ml evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom Soup (298 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt, iodized
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1. Heat pan and sweat bacon, onions and  whole mushrooms in butter until cooked but not brown.

2. Pour in evaporated milk and cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer until sauce thickens.

4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5. Toss in fettuccine pasta and serve topped with parmesan cheese.
