Ingredients Direction
500 grams beef sukiyaki
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (5 ml)
1/2 cup coconut cream (120 ml)
2 tablespoon lemon juice (30 ml)
2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (10 ml)
1/4 teaspoon salt, iodized (1 gram)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground (1 gram)
1/4 cup palm oil (60 ml)
4 cloves chopped garlic (20 grams)
1 tablespoon fresh coriander (wansoy) leaves, chopped (5 grams)
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (5 grams)
1 can whole mushroom, halved (400 grams)

1. Marinate beef sukiyaki in worcestershire sauce, coconut cream, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper for at least half an hour.  

2. Heat palm oil in a wok and then sauté garlic. 

3. Add beef sukiyaki. Stir fry until the beef turns brown.  

4. Add the marinade, basil, coriander and whole mushrooms. Continue cooking until sauce has been reduced. Serve hot over rice.
